Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will only accept a return under these circumstances:
1. The item you received is not the one you ordered; it will be exchanged or the difference will be refunded.
2. The product you received is damaged and there are photos of the moment of opening.
3. The item has not been shipped and 14 days have passed since the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without our authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must be sent via tracked delivery to our warehouse.
